Intake Process for Private Math Tutoring
- Complete the registration application. The standard registration fee is $49, but 2026 savings options include a full waiver of this fee for anyone who accesses the offer (via orange button) before registering. Once your registration is submitted, I begin the intake process.
- Within two business days of application submission, you receive a call or email to schedule your diagnostic session. We confirm subject, day, time, session length, session price, and whether online or in-person instruction is the better fit.
- To secure your diagnostic session, you receive an invoice from your choice of PayPal or Stripe. You receive confirmation of your appointment after your payment clears.
- During and after the diagnostic session, I evaluate your test performance and interview responses to determine what’s actually holding you back.
- Based on that analysis, I begin building your personalized learning plan and schedule your first learning session. Depending on your situation, you may begin within one day; setup may take up to seven days.
